Position Overview
The SDR plays a key role in managing and overseeing the lead conversion process. You will act as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, qualifying and converting leads to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound customer calls.
- Pre-Qualify leads
- Set appointments between leads and the sales team.
- Promote products and services.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and addressing client needs & offerings..

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Experience
- Proven Experience in a similar SDR role.
- Proven success in client engagement and lead conversion.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot CRM.
Salary and Compensation
$1,500 USD base per month + commissions.
