Develop and execute sourcing strategies for vehicle electronics components
Use category management practices to drive cost, quality, and delivery performance
Build commodity and market intelligence, including cost structures and manufacturing processes
Lead cost-target and value-management initiatives with cross-functional teams
Own program sourcing from initial contract award through final design award
Lead strategic cost-review sessions and quarterly business reviews
Present sourcing performance and strategy to key stakeholders
Partner with product development, finance, and supplier quality teams
Source high-quality parts and services while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery
Help establish the supply chain for next-generation connected and electrified vehicles
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing vehicle electronic commodities
Strong analytical skills, including sourcing evaluations and business case studies
Strong negotiation skills




Understanding of cost analytics, commodity cost drivers, and part cost breakdowns
Strategic mindset and awareness of automotive industry trends and challenges
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with enterprise procurement/ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms
Ability to travel for business as needed
Full professional proficiency in English, written and oral
