In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance functions within the plant.
- Ensure on-time delivery commitments and maintain established customer service levels.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and EHS standards across all areas of responsibility.
- Monitor and manage key operational metrics, implementing actions to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee budget planning and cost control to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Develop, coach, and retain talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Participate in plant-wide strategic initiatives related to productivity, quality, safety, and organizational culture.
- Partner with Human Resources in labor relations and union-related activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Value Stream Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading production, planning, maintenance, and logistics functions.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies
