Hunter Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help develop and scale the cloud-based solutions behind Hydrawise.
Hydrawise manages watering for millions of gardens and landscapes across more than 130 countries, processing approximately 4 billion events every month.
In this role, you will develop, test, and maintain software applications; lead feature development; troubleshoot application issues; monitor system performance; and collaborate with global Product, Firmware, Technical Support, and Development teams.
What we're looking for:
~7+ years of software development experience
~ Strong experience with Python and AWS
~ Experience with Kubernetes, Lambda, and IoT
~ Experience working with large-scale event streams and applications




~ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
~ Excellent English communication skills is a MUST to have
~ Ability to work effectively with integral teams
