We're after someone organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable being the person who keeps a project's footage; and its editors running smoothly behind the scenes.What You'll DoOrganize audiovisual material: sort and label clips, audio, images, projects, and folders so any editor can pick up a project without guessworkImport and back up footage: manage memory cards, drives, backups, and storageCreate and manage proxies to keep editing performance smoothSync audio and video from camera and external mic sourcesHandle basic editing: cuts, transitions, rough assembly, and preliminary cutsSelect the best takes based on quality, continuity, and contentApply basic color correction: exposure, contrast, white balance, and consistency across shotsEdit and clean up audio: level adjustments, basic noise reduction, and syncing music or sound effectsCreate subtitles: transcription, burned-in captions, and SRT filesExport final files for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, broadcast, or live presentationsWork with different formats and codecs resolution, aspect ratio,
