- Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues (missing, duplicate, or incorrect data).
- Define data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.Travel Support- Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, and visa for travelers.
- Prepare timely expense reports and planning spreadsheets.
- Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance.Booking and Expense Reports- Maintain memberships and payments.
- Create and track workflows using internal procurement system.
- Record and track invoices and payments; follow up with accountspayable as needed.Other Administrative Tasks- Maintain and update presentation templates as needed.
- Update policy and other documents as needed.
- Create and update various spreadsheets to track project metrics.
- Generate monthly reports for review.




- Support other assistants and take on other tasks as needed.Meeting Tracking- Maintain internal log of meetings and attendance.Requirements- 2+ years experience in project analysis and/or administration.
- Proficiency with ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications- Proactive, self‐motivated, strong organizational skills.
- Strong team player.
- Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus.Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
