We're growing our freelance talent pool and looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to collaborate with us across different projects on an ongoing basis.
We're after someone with a proven track record of delivering polished, high-quality motion assets someone who can bring corporate learning content to life without it feeling corporate.
What You'll Do Design and animate compelling 2D and 3D motion graphics.
Work within Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) to produce high-quality designs and animations Bring fresh eyes to how AI-assisted tools (we use Runway, Seedance, and similar) can speed up or elevate the animation process Stay current on motion design trends and bring ideas to the table, not just execution Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously — we work with several enterprise clients at once, so organization matters as much as talent.




What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role (3–5 years) Strong command of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop Solid foundation in graphic design principles, not just animation Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Clear communication skills — you'll present concepts directly to Producers and, at times, clients Ability to think on your feet and adapt when a brief shifts mid-project A genuine interest in AI-assisted production tools Education B.A. in animation, film, design, or equivalent professional experience.
