JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Integral is looking for a Trilingual Payroll Technician Specialist to join a large HCM client in Mexico. In this role, you will be supporting payroll-related customer inquiries and provide first-level support via email and phone, responding to payroll process and system integration questions, gathering required information, and coordinating with the payroll vendor to resolve inquiries. This position does not calculate or process payroll; Experience in a customer service, client support, or service desk–type role
-Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal)
-Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly when answers are not immediately available
-Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-Payroll experience/exposure to payroll processes (Mexico and/or LATAM preferred, but not required)
-Experience supporting HR, payroll, or HCM systems in a client-facing environment
-Exposure to payroll integrations or vendor-based payroll models
