we’re looking for someone who can:

- → own the full finance function across two businesses
- → lead budgeting, forecasting & fp&a;
- → drive cash flow, treasury & working capital
- → strengthen controls, reporting & governance
- → partner with gms on profitability and business decisions
- → identify risks before they become problems
- → build processes and systems that can scale
- → lead and develop a finance team

the profile we're looking for:

- bachelor’s degree in accounting (public accountant), duly graduated and licensed, postgraduate degree in finance is highly preferred
- 8–10 years of progressive finance experience
- 5+ years in finance manager / financial controller / senior finance leadership
- strong ifrs + mexican/local gaap knowledge
- fp&a;, budgeting & forecasting experience
- treasury, taxation,



audit & internal controls
- strong excel + erp experience
- excellent financial analysis & modeling
- fluent english + spanish
- commercial mindset and strong executive communication
- available to travel
