**, reporting to ...**Process Manager**...Develop and implement mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring process stability, capacity, and continuous improvement while meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards.
**What a typical day looks like:*** Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
* Provide specialized technical support to manufacturing and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely resolution of process-related issues.
* Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity,



waste reduction, and process optimization.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** **Bachelor's Degree** in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in **mechanical and/or electronic assembly processes**.
* Technical knowledge of:* Smart Torque Systems* PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)* Liquid Cooling Systems* Pneumatics* Poka-Yoke Systems* Industrial Maintenance* ### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Scrap reduction.
