Description:

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the proper execution of the hotel’s daily accounting and financial operations, including General Cash, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue, costs, and overall accounting. The position ensures that records, reconciliations, invoices, revenues, balances, and supporting documents are complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with established policies and controls. In addition, the role provides the ADOF with reliable information, timely alerts, and analysis of key variances to facilitate financial oversight and decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance; hotel industry experience is essential.

- Experience supervising teams and processes in General Cash, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue, and costs.

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany operations.

- Knowledge of monthly closings, bank reconciliations,



account analysis, inventories, and fixed assets.

- Proficiency in accounting systems and hotel platforms; preferably Oracle, Simphony, Opera.

- Knowledge of USALI, Financial Reporting Standards, and internal controls.

- Technical English preferred.

- Skills in leadership, analysis, organization, attention to detail, effective communication, follow-up, problem-solving, integrity, and confidentiality.
