Familiar with North America (MX, US & Canada) cultures and ways of working Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Missions Missions Lead packaging and flow optimization initiatives to reduce transport costs, enhance efficiency,
and ensure seamless collaboration across suppliers, customers, and plant operations. Define and execute packaging and flow optimization projects with clear action plans Build and present business cases for leadership approval Deliver against performance ambitions & KPI improvement in on-time delivery, cost, CO2 and all other Performance indicators of the 360 degrees-performance dashboards
Activities Analyze packaging flows to identify inefficiencies and non-value-added activities Assess packaging performance & efficiency (damage rates, load density, stackability, foldability etc.) Propose packaging flow & design improvements, considering material protection, handling, stackability and transport cost Lead the implementation of flow and packaging optimization projects, Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and engineers to prototype and validate solutions Update SOPs and handling guidelines to reflect improvements Collaboration and contribution to create a packaging catalog and/ or unique database #J-18808-Ljbffr
