The sr Analyst Total Rewards is responsible for providing operational and analytical support to the Compensation team within the Shared Service Center. This role focuses on executing standard compensation processes, maintaining data accuracy, handling routine requests, and supporting Supervisor and team members in delivering high quality compensation services to the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

- Support the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), and Merit Increase programs, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with company guidelines such as, conduct weekly audits of new hires to validate AIP bonus eligibility, maintain data accuracy, and prepare compensation dashboards and reporting communications.
- Support global and local bonus audit processes, including validation of new hire eligibility and compensation data accuracy.
- Perform monthly AIP audits related to employee terminations due to death or disability, ensuring proper incentive plan administration and payment processing.
- Support, maintain, and enhance SIP dashboards to support business decision-making and incentive plan monitoring.




- Execute quarterly bonus audits to verify data integrity, compliance with compensation policies, and accurate incentive payouts.
- Participate in compensation automation initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
- Support and participate in Total Rewards and Compensation Surveys, including data collection, submission, analysis, and benchmarking activities.
- Conduct job evaluations and job grading assessments to ensure alignment with organizational structures and market competitiveness.
- Review and process compensation actions and job changes, ensuring adherence to compensation policies and governance guidelines.
- Maintain and update Recognition Program Power BI dashboards on a monthly basis, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Support the administration, continuous improvement, and process optimization of the Achieve Recognition Program.
- Assist in the timely and accurate processing of health & welfare, non-executive compensation, wellness, and leave management programs following established policies and procedures
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks through proactive process improvement

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements

- University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years’ service center experience with direct customer interaction.
- Familiar with total rewards tools and processes
- Proven time management skills, and a strong sense of urgency.




- Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standards.
- Ability to establish effective professional working relationships.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation.
- Able to run reports and interpret data to conduct analysis.
- Consistent exercise of judgment and escalation as necessary to resolve problems.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office.
- Power BI is a must
- Excel advanced
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Multi-lingual fluency: English (Required) plus one or more of the following: Spanish, Portuguese.
