Overview

The Regional Creative Team is responsible for developing and delivering high-impact creative work across multiple markets, business lines, and channels, partnering closely with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, Production, and external creative partners.

As our Creative Project Management Analyst , you will play a key role in making that work happen. You’ll be at the center of our creative operations, connecting people, priorities, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects move efficiently from brief to final delivery.

This role combines creative project management, regional coordination, production operations, and stakeholder management. You’ll help the team navigate multiple projects and priorities while creating the visibility, structure, and processes needed to deliver great creative work at scale.

Responsibilities

- Creative Operations: Manage day-to-day creative operations, analyze incoming briefs and requirements, prioritize projects, and assist in allocating the appropriate creative resources to each assignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key Point of Contact (POC) for Marketing and cross-functional teams, actively following up on briefs, timelines, deliverables, feedback, and project status.
- Campaign & Project Leadership: Lead regional creative projects and campaigns across brand, social, influencers, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and other marketing priorities from initial briefing through to final delivery.
- Planning & Execution: Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Team Alignment: Brief creative team members on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines while keeping all stakeholders informed about progress and updates throughout the lifecycle.
- Resource & Capacity Management: Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments to ensure proper resource availability and set realistic,



clearly communicated, and consistently met deadlines.
- Vendor & Agency Relations: Manage relationships and project workflows with internal stakeholders, external agencies, production companies, and third-party vendors across different markets.
- Production Coordination: Coordinate production-related processes, ensuring final materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Risk & Quality Management: Ensure accountability across project teams regarding quality, scope, budget, and timeliness. Proactively identify risks and flag potential delays before they impact delivery.
- Systems & Tools Maintenance: Maintain and optimize project management tools and creative operations systems (such as Monday.com, spreadsheets, asset libraries, vendor databases, and team resources).
- Reporting & Visibility: Help develop reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into team capacity, monthly workload, project volume, resource allocation, and demand across business functions.
- Communication: Create clear project updates, reports, and presentations to communicate plans, progress, wins, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Scoping & Budgeting: Support project scoping, budgeting, and proposals when needed, ensuring timelines, resources, deliverables, and commercial requirements are accurately reflected.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and contribute to building a more efficient, scalable, and collaborative regional creative operation.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in digital creative,



advertising, marketing, production, technology, publishing, or a related environment.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in creative project management, ideally coordinating projects across multiple teams or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing creative campaigns and production workflows from brief to final execution.
- Strong proficiency with project management platforms and workflows (e.g., Monday.com, Creative Management Platforms (CMPs), spreadsheets, and collaborative planning tools).
- Solid experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, quotations, contracts, invoices, and production-related administrative processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to coordinate teams and stakeholders across different markets and functions.
- Proactive problem-solving approach: ability to anticipate challenges, question unrealistic timelines when necessary, and present solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with creative teams, marketing partners, agencies, production vendors, and suppliers.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to translate business goals into clear creative deliverables and actionable project plans.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve rapidly, maintaining structure and adaptability.
- High level of curiosity, rigorous attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset geared toward continuous improvement and operational scaling.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while thriving in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
- Willingness to share knowledge, processes, and learnings with team members to contribute to a strong creative operations culture.
