We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies. This position plays a key role in supporting employees and ensuring payroll-related processes are executed efficiently and confidentially.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, and labor legislation).
- Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Intermediate English (preferred).

Responsibilities

- Process weekly and biweekly payroll accurately and on time.




- Generate bank payment files and payroll tax receipts (CFDI).
- Register new hires and process employee terminations in payroll systems.
- Manage employee affiliations with IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and company benefits.
- Calculate settlements, payroll taxes, savings fund, and other payroll-related payments.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Prepare payroll reports for HR and management.
- Support employees with payroll-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor and payroll regulations while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
