About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Creative Strategist / Ad Copywriter focused on the Mexican market to develop high-performing advertising concepts, copy, hooks and video scripts for our Online Casino and Sports Betting products.

This role works closely with the Performance Marketing and Creative Production teams, providing clear creative direction based on user insights and advertising performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced iGaming company in a dynamic environment, operating remotely with full company support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop advertising concepts, hooks, headlines, CTAs and video scripts for Meta, TikTok, Google and other digital channels.
- Create campaign ideas for Casino, Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting and major sporting events.
- Provide clear creative briefs and content directions to designers and video editors.
- Develop content specifically for Mexican users, including football, Liga MX, major international tournaments, local culture, slang and digital trends.
- Analyze CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS to identify winning hooks, messages and creative angles.




- Continuously test and iterate creative concepts based on campaign performance.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Advertising, Copywriting or Performance Marketing in the iGaming or sports betting industry.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican market, local culture and consumer behaviour.
- Strong knowledge of the online Casino and Sports Betting industry.
- Strong understanding of football and major sports relevant to Mexican audiences.
- Strong ability to create advertising hooks, video scripts, campaign ideas and creative briefs.
- Data-driven mindset and basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.

Preferred

- Experience working with Meta, TikTok or Google advertising creatives.
- Experience working directly with Media Buyers, Designers or Video Editors.
