Job Title: Functional Tester (Manual E2E & Regression Testing)

Role Summary

We are seeking Functional Testers to execute manual end-to-end (E2E) and regression testing for critical user journeys across enterprise applications and digital platforms in both production and staging environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual End-to-End (E2E) and regression testing for critical user journeys across multiple enterprise applications in staging and production environments.
- Navigate web-based applications, administrative portals, and user interfaces to manually replicate test scenarios and resolve UI/UX ambiguities during testing.
- Document standardized, step-by-step test execution procedures to support future automation initiatives.
- Identify, document, and track defects, usability issues, and user experience challenges, providing clear and actionable feedback for engineering teams.




- Collaborate with quality engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on test coverage, requirements, and execution.

Key Deliverables
- Standardized Test Documentation: Detailed, step-by-step documentation for executed test scenarios to support automation efforts.
- Defect Reports: Well-structured defect reports with reproducible steps, severity, and supporting context.
- Test Coverage Reports: Summaries of manual E2E and regression testing completed across supported applications and environments.
