About Us We're an AI software-as-a-service company providing operational camera monitoring solutions for dairy farms. Our IP camera systems help dairy operations improve their operational visibility and efficiency through intelligent monitoring technology. We support over 170 dairy farms and are expanding across North America, including a growing Mexico site list. Position Overview We're seeking an expert Ag Tech Regional Camera Systems Specialist based in Torreón Mexico who can do both sides of the work: remote camera-system support most days, and on-farm install and service when a Mexico site needs hands on the parlor. This is a **** contractor seat, and not an entry-level posting. We need someone who has performed installs with IP cameras and already troubleshoots over SSH, and who can do both in Spanish on the farm and in English with the company team. Home base is Mexico (Torreón) . Most weeks are about 70% remote and 30% field. Field share rises when a Mexico install or service wave is booked. What You'll Do Remote Camera Systems Mexico ticket ownership: Monitor Zabbix and the Mexico queue every work day. Same-day first action on camera offline, system offline, quality, and cloud sync. Commissioning: When a Mexico server comes online, begin Configuration Setup immediately — Zabbix host, Azure sync, Processing handoff, and an English ticket record. Remote diagnostics: Troubleshoot via SSH (preferred), Team Viewer / Any Desk, Uni Fi, and on-server video paths. Keep ticketing system current: what was checked, found, done, and the next step. Farm contact: Call Mexico farms in Spanish. Write tickets and chat in English so the US team can continue the work without a translator. Field Installation & Service On-site installs: Hang Uni Fi Protect and Reolink cameras, pull Cat6,

stand up Po E switching and Linux/Debian recording servers, and add Ubiquiti wireless (APs, Nanobeams) where wired runs are not feasible. Service and QC: Perform work that cannot be finished remotely — ladder work, aim/quality, cable, weatherproofing, swaps, and server hands-on. Verify cameras online and recording before leaving. Assessments and demos: When assigned, walk the site, photograph, and leave a draft layout. Do not invent a new product standard or promise extra cameras on site. Travel & Independent Execution Mexico travel: Drive or take a domestic flight as assigned. Flights, hotels,

or equivalent Why This Role is Unique Own a Region — Not a Queue You are Cattle Care's Mexico owner for camera systems: remote tickets most days, and the person who goes to the parlor when needed. Hybrid Work About 70% remote support from your Mexico home base and 30% on-farm install and service. Field days rise for an install wave; this is not a full-time road seat and not a desk-only remote bench. High-Impact, Bilingual Work Your work is visible the same day — cameras online, recording, and documented in English so the US remote and field teams can continue without a translator. Compensation & Benefits **** contractor: Mexico-based independent contractor. Rate discussed during the interview and set in the engagement agreement. Professional development:

Work the full Mexico stack — field install plus remote commissioning, Zabbix, and farm communication. Travel & Equipment Benefits Approved travel covered: Flights, hotels, and meals for assigned Mexico trips Mileage reimbursement: Approved business driving, tracked and reported by the contractor Tool allowance: Per company policy, to maintain professional-grade equipment Schedule & Work Environment Schedule: Monday–Friday, aligned with US IT Ops hours as far as Mexico local time allows (Central Time) Work balance: About 70% remote ticket work and commissioning; 30% field installs and service at Mexico dairies Field days: Typically 8–12 hours; finish the English record (photos, ticket, Chat, vault) before the day is done Application Process Only experienced professionals who already install commercial cameras and already troubleshoot remote should apply. We aim to respond quickly to qualified applicants. To Apply: Submit your resume and include: Largest commercial IP camera project (camera count, site type, and your role) Remote troubleshooting experience (SSH, Team Viewer, or equivalent) Agricultural or industrial environment experience Confirmation you live in Mexico and can reach Torreón-region farms Confirmation of Spanish and English Earliest available start date Next Steps: Qualified candidates may complete a technical assessment and a bilingual working-session before final selection. Location Requirement: Mexico residents only, with a reliable path to current Mexico dairy sites. Applicants who cannot work from Mexico will not be considered.
