- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.

- Experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with data modeling, scripting languages (SQL or equivalent) and business intelligence tools.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

- Strong track record of managing individual deliverables, with the organizational skills to support complex cross-functional project delivery.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.

- Demonstrated investigative skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business leadership.

- Independent who can work in an unstructured environment and ability to navigate a general, fast-growing, and dynamic environment with sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

- Execute on operational processes related to the implementation of LATAM GTM strategy through annual planning and in-year processes.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the LATAM Strategy and Operations (S&O;) team and sales leadership by structuring, analyzing, and communicating business challenges and delivering actionable insights that directly influence executive-level decision making on the prioritization of growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment on the execution and achievement of business goals and update the strategy for Google Cloud in LATAM.

- Identify and implement best practices to standardize key planning processes and GTM workstreams across LATAM and global teams.
