Your Opportunity
We're thrilled to announce the opening for Human Resources Director Latin America &
- Caribbean, reporting to the President of Latin America and Caribbean., based in Mexico City.
As the Human Resources Director LAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR vision and strategy for the LAC region, in line with the Global HR vision and strategy.
You will also be part of an ambitious cultural transformation across the LAC region, driving a lasting evolution in leadership practices, communication, and diversity across the leadership teams, to build a more empowering and high-performing organization.
The role acts as a strategic partner to the President of Latin America &
- Caribbean and the regional leadership team, while ensuring strong operational HR execution across markets. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a multicultural team of 14 HR talents, who will functionally report to you, being the coordinator of the HR agenda for the region and animating the community.
Your leadership will be crucial in aligning HR initiatives and best practices with business strategic objectives, fostering a culture of respect, diversity, inclusivity and fairness. You will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic HR roadmap, ensuring all our talents across LAC are treated equally, providing them with opportunities to flourish and grow across the region as well as within MH and LVMH. This position combines strategic leadership and hands-on delivery across talent, organization, culture, employee relations, and HR operations, supporting sustainable business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
HR Strategy
- Define and drive the regional HR strategy in line with Moët Hennessy’s business objectives and people priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and a sparring partner to the President of Latin America &
- Caribbean on organization design, leadership effectiveness, talent decisions, and change management.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to translate business strategy into practical people plans.
Cultural Transformation &
- Leadership
- Lead a major cultural transformation across the LAC region, evolving traditional hierarchical leadership practices towards a more modern and empowering leadership model, based on empowerment, ownership & accountability, initiative, psychological safety, and the freedom to learn from mistakes. Build a leadership culture that promotes proximity, active listening, constructive challenges, and open expression of ideas, while creating an environment in which employees across Latin America feel empowered to speak up, challenge decisions, and contribute their perspectives.
- Foster a more fluid, transparent, and two-way communication culture grounded in trust, enabling greater access to and flow of information, strengthening employees’ understanding and ownership of the strategy, and empowering every team member to become an active contributor to its execution.
- Accelerate diversity across the region’s leadership teams, with a particular focus on strengthening the pipeline of female talent and increasing women’s access to senior leadership positions.
Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness
- Lead the region’s talent agenda, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and key talent retention.
- Identify critical capabilities required for future growth and build robust development plans across the organization.
- Support the attraction, assessment, and integration of senior and critical talent.
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning to ensure the right structures, roles, and capabilities are in place.
Employee Relations and HR Operations
- Oversee core HR operations and ensure consistent, compliant,
and efficient HR support across the region.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, labor practices, and risk management, in partnership with local teams and legal where needed.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with local regulations and group standards.
Culture, Engagement and Inclusion
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and reinforce Moët Hennessy values. Promote an inclusive workplace and support diversity and equity.
- Monitor organizational health and recommend actions to improve engagement, effectiveness, and retention.
Regional Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional HR team, building strong capabilities and collaboration across markets.
- Act as the key HR interface between the Latin America &
- Caribbean region and integral HR centers of expertise.
- Influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures in a complex, matrixed environment.
Profile
- Significant senior HR leadership experience, ideally within multinational, matrixed, and fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record in both strategic HR business partnering and operational HR leadership.
- Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams at regional or multi-country level.
- Proven exposure to talent management, organization design, change management, and employee relations.
- True embodiment and role model of the new, modern leadership style we foster across the region
- Experience in consumer goods, luxury, wines & spirits, or similarly brand-driven environments is a strong advantage.

- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy with Business strategic priorities.
- Ability to lead change and cultural transformation: curiosity, proximity, empathy, active listening, courage to challenge existing practices and drive sustainable behavioral change.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field preferred.
Languages
- Fluent Spanish and English required.
- Portuguese and French are a plus.
