Summary of Position

LawRank Mexico is looking for a motivated student who wants to begin and develop a career in Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will support recruiting, onboarding, documentation, administrative follow-up, and office operations while gaining hands-on exposure to different HR processes in a collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities

- Support job postings, initial resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities
- Organize and update employee files, forms, databases, trackers, and internal records
- Follow up on documentation, signatures, invoices, receipts, and administrative requests
- Assist with recurring reports and the collection of information for HR vendors
- Support office purchases, vendor follow-up, and Office Management activities
- Help organize internal events, employee celebrations, and special HR projects
- Other duties as required by management

Requirements

Position Requirements

- Education: Currently enrolled in the final or second-to-last semester of a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Human Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Previous professional experience is not required
- Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail, clear communication, initiative, follow-through, a service mindset, discretion,



and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Availability: Available to work part-time on a schedule compatible with school commitments

Preferred Qualifications

- Intermediate English proficiency
- Interest in building a career in Human Resources
- Comfort using spreadsheets, shared documents, and digital collaboration tools
