Role Description This full-time Mantenimiento role at Durosa is an on-site position located in Monterrey, NLE. The role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, identifying issues, performing repairs, and completing preventive maintenance schedules.

The role also involves monitoring equipment performance, documenting maintenance activities, and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime. The individual in this role follows safety procedures, uses appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment, and supports continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance,



including planning and executing maintenance schedules and inspections.
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair, with the capability to address mechanical and basic electrical issues.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend effective solutions.
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards and safe work practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams.
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance; technical diploma or certification in a related field is preferred.
