About The Role

In FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance segment we focus on our clients’
strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full




spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations,
boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other
stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

* Responsible for day-to-day activities of project including interaction with
top restructuring experts in the industry, legal and finance professionals
from other firms and senior client management. May include supervision of
client personnel.

* Apply business, accounting, finance and diagnostic skills to various client
situations and practice disciplines.

* Prepare complex financial projections and worksheets to model business
processes and/or actual or hypothetical transactions.

* Develop and assessed business plans, conduct due diligence, and analyze large
amounts of data associated with restructuring plans.

* Draft written reports and/or presentations for third parties, as necessary,
on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities.

* Understand all aspects of the client’s
