Position: Legal Intern – Litigation & Controversies

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation, review, and drafting of legal briefs, motions, and other litigation documents.

- Conduct legal research on tax, constitutional, and administrative matters.

- Research applicable legislation, regulations, case law, and judicial precedents.

- Support the preparation and analysis of constitutional, administrative, and tax litigation strategies.

- Support attorneys in the preparation of arguments, legal opinions, and procedural documents.

- Maintain organized records and provide administrative support related to ongoing litigation matters.

Requirements





- Law student in their 3 – 6 semester.

- Strong interest in Tax, Constitutional, and Administrative Litigation.

- Interest in legal disputes, regulatory matters, and judicial proceedings.

- Strong legal research and analytical skills.

- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.

- Availability to work in Mexico City.
