Grupo Valrani is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our logistics operation.
This position is idóneo for recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience who are interested in developing their career in logistics, international trade and supply chain operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare administrative and operational reports and track relevant updates.
- Review and validate shipping and commercial documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and purchase orders.
- Monitor international and domestic transportation of goods.
- Follow up with 3PL providers regarding logistics processes and customs compliance.
- Support day-to-day logistics coordination and operational follow-up.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, Mexican customs law,
and non-tariff regulations.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply with a GPA above 8.5/10.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Inventory control.
- Customs brokerage.
- International freight forwarding.
- 3PL operations.

- Strong written communication, grammar and spelling.
- Confidence communicating with new people and establishing professional relationships.
- Organized, proactive and follow-up oriented.

- Cuautitlán: 80%
- Tepotzotlán: 10%
- Toreo: 10%
- Remote work: 1 day per week
