You won't be cold-calling strangers. You'll be calling existing customers who are fans of the company

We're a venture-backed fintech BPO processing small-dollar consumer loans. The VIP program is where our best customers live, and the Professional Agent is the reason they come back,

High volume, real conversations, and a bonus that tracks exactly what you produce.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Dial existing clients daily — Calls that turn into renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells
- Close new applications from customers with whom you have built rapport
- Underwrite repeat applications against the company risk policy — you don't just sell it, you know it qualifies
- Run outbound promos across softphone, email, and SMS
- Keep every account clean: accurate notes, updated records, zero loose ends
- Hold outstanding QA scores while you hit your numbers
- Bring what you hear on the phone back to the team — customer trends, product friction, ideas that make the next call easier

WHAT YOU NEED

- Advanced English (B2+/C1) — every call is in English
- 1–3 years in inside sales,



call center, or retail sales (inside sales weighted heaviest)
- Solid computer and English typing skills; comfortable in MS Office and a CRM
- Excellent on the phone: persuasive, professional, and able to listen
- Able to run multiple tools without dropping the conversation
