For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.

The Food

Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Develop and execute the site maintenance and reliability strategy to maximize asset performance and operational continuity.

Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Utilities, and Maintenance Planning teams.

Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.

Reduce unplanned downtime through effective asset management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), Process Safety Management (PSM), and Mechanical Integrity requirements.

Lead plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities to support production objectives.

Manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, and asset lifecycle optimization projects.

Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Technology, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve plant productivity and efficiency.

Develop technical capabilities, succession planning, and a high-performance maintenance culture focused on safety and operational excellence.



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

~8+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, and asset management within a manufacturing or process industry environment.

~ Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance and technical teams.

~ Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance methodologies.

~ Experience with CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and work management processes.

~ Demonstrated expertise in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCA), asset performance improvement, and operational reliability.

~ Strong understanding of EHS, Process Safety Management (PSM), Mechanical Integrity, and regulatory compliance requirements.

~ Experience managing maintenance budgets, contractors, and capital projects.

~ Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.

Certification or specialized training in Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM.

Experience supporting digital maintenance initiatives, predictive analytics, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Opportunity to lead maintenance and reliability operations at a strategically important IFF manufacturing site.
