Your Job

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting production operations, driving process improvements, and contributing to the successful implementation of new products. This position focuses on optimizing production performance, improving operational metrics, and providing technical leadership to manufacturing teams while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Our Team

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Production, Planning, and Suppliers. This role has direct impact on manufacturing performance and collaborates with key stakeholders to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

- Provide technical support to production lines to ensure efficient and consistent manufacturing performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost reduction, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer claims and production metrics to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Support on-time delivery performance by ensuring manufacturing processes and equipment operate according to established standards.
- Evaluate and implement projects that improve profitability through process optimization, automation opportunities, scrap reduction, and downtime reduction.
- Develop and update production procedures, work instructions, visual aids, and manufacturing documentation.
- Deliver training and validation activities for new employees and production personnel to support successful implementation of process improvements.
- Create and analyze SAP routings, BOMs, and cost structures to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Support compliance with PBM philosophy, quality management systems, environmental management systems, Six Sigma practices, RBA requirements, and established safety policies.




- Exercise authority to stop processes or equipment when product quality or employee safety may be at risk, and support continuous manufacturing improvements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

- Professional degree or verifiable equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing, maintaining, and improving production metrics.
- Advanced conversational English skills.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
- Ability to develop and maintain production procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
