Job Title: Marketing Manager LATAM

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site)

Reports to: Marketing Director A regulated integral forex broker with growing operations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and now Latin America is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute its regional strategy from its Mexico City office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support brand growth and client acquisition in LATAM.

- Manage and adapt global marketing campaigns across digital, in-person, and event channels.

- Plan and execute social media content and advertising in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

- Collaborate with global and local sales teams to align marketing with business objectives.

- Establish partnerships with local influencers, financial media, and affiliates.

- Lead participation in local events such as expos, seminars, and roadshows, handling logistics and marketing.

- Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior insights.





- Ensure compliance with local marketing regulations and brand standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in regional marketing, ideally within financial services, trading, fintech, or online brokerage.

- Strong understanding of Latin American consumer behavior and media channels.

- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

- Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
