Role: Mexico Sales & Business Development Lead (First Local Commercial Hire)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Office-based with frequent field visits to dealers and distributors)

Our clients are hiring the first local commercial lead to build our Mexican market presence from 0 to 1 for a smart electric motorcycle and e-mobility brand

Role Overview The clients are seeking a high-energy commercial "hunter" with deep roots in the Mexican vehicle retail ecosystem. In this position, you will establish local sales channels, recruit key dealers and distributors, and drive sales performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and scale dealer/distributor networks from scratch across Mexico.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet key dealers, negotiate commercial terms, and secure retail channels.
- Own overall revenue targets, sales targets, and channel performance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with HQ (English language proficiency required for HQ alignment).

Must-Have Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total commercial sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically within the motorcycle, electric motorcycle/EV, e-bike,



or mobility retail sector.
- Track Record: Proven success in dealer network development and 0-to-1 market expansion.
- Network: Strong, pre-existing relationships with motorcycle dealers, distributors, and mobility retailers in Mexico.
- Profile: Sales-driven target achiever who thrives in the field. (Note: Pure marketing, brand communication, or operations-only backgrounds are not suitable for this role).
- Languages: Native/fluent Spanish is required; professional English skills are preferred.

Compensation & Hiring Details

- Total Compensation: 500,000 - 600,000 MXN / year (Base salary ~30,000 MXN/month performance-based bonus).
- Expenses: Full reimbursement for business travel and dealer visits.
- Process: Fast-track hiring (1–2 interview rounds). Urgent opening, evaluating candidates this week.
