Position Overview:

We are seeking a senior MuleSoft Architect to lead the design, architecture, and deployment of complex enterprise integration solutions connecting our core platforms. In this strategic role, you will serve as the technical authority bridging Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and NetSuite ERP. You will design secure, scalable, and reusable API-led architectures that streamline our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) workflows, financial data synchronization, and revenue recognition processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Integration Architecture & Design: Architect end-to-end, reusable, and secure API-led integration solutions on the Anypoint Platform connecting Salesforce Revenue Cloud, NetSuite, and surrounding enterprise applications.
- Domain Strategy (Quote-to-Cash): Define integration patterns for Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Order Management) to NetSuite workflows, ensuring seamless data movement across customer accounts, quotes, orders, invoices, and payment reconciliations.
- Establish integration standards, API governance frameworks, design patterns, and deployment best practices across development teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, Salesforce administrators, NetSuite developers, and finance/business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.




- Optimize API performance, data transformation logic (DataWeave), error-handling frameworks, and exception monitoring across high-volume production environments.

Required Qualifications

- MuleSoft Expertise: 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration engineering, with at least 3+ years acting in a Lead or Principal Architect capacity on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- MuleSoft Certification: MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA) preferred.
- Proven hands-on architecture experience integrating Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud objects.
- Strong technical familiarity with NetSuite ERP modules (General Ledger, Invoicing, Order Management) and NetSuite connectors/RESTlets/SuiteTalk.
- Advanced expertise in DataWeave 2.0, RESTful API design (RAML/OAS), pub-sub messaging architectures, and event-driven patterns.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, TLS, mutual authentication, and API security policies).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS, subscription management, or high-volume transactional billing operations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines for MuleSoft (Mule Maven Plugin, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Anypoint Runtime Fabric (RTF).
- Exposure to complementary data ecosystems or snowflake/data lake ingestion pipelines.
