Are you an experienced
Call Center Agent
with a background in healthcare, insurance, hospitals, or patient services? Join a growing healthcare technology company and help provide exceptional support to patients and healthcare consumers.

What You'll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Assist with patient registration and insurance information.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, providers, and locations.
- Resolve patient concerns while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Document interactions accurately in
EHR and customer service systems
.
- Follow healthcare procedures and maintain
HIPAA and patient privacy standards
.





What We're Looking For

✔
Bachelor's degree is required – any field/background is accepted

✔ Previous experience in a
healthcare, insurance, hospital, patient access, or healthcare call center campaign is required

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Customer-focused and professional attitude

✔ Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems

✔ Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

✔ Experience with
EHR/CRM systems
is a plus

✔ Epic experience is a plus

Important:
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, regardless of field. Healthcare-related call center experience is also required.
