Painting Process Engineer

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.

What are your main tasks?

• Generate and update technical documentation such as Parameter Sheets, Operation Sheets, Flow Chart, FMEA, CP.

- Line balancing.

•Program and configure painting robots.

•Design and load programs on the production line.

•Adjustment of process parameters.

•Solution of defects in the painting process.

•Jig design.

•Evaluate the processes for which they are responsible to identify areas for improvement.

•Diagnose electrical, mechanical,



or software faults in robotic arms.

•Keep the KPIs of the area within the objective.

What are your qualifications?

• Core tools

- Programming of B+M Robots
- PLC ́s
- Knowledge of Mixing Room
- Troubleshooting Tools
- Continuous improvement
- Knowledge of technologies
- Knowledge and practice of quality tools
- High sense of urgency.• Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer and/or related.
- Results-oriented, customer-oriented, communication skills, teamwork, leadership, personnel management.
- English Language Proficiency.
