We are seeking a hands-on payroll professional with strong knowledge of Mexican payroll processes, labor regulations, compensation and benefits, who can independently manage the complete payroll cycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including calculation, validation, CFDI payroll stamping and payment preparation.

Calculate and validate ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT and other statutory payroll obligations.

Manage employee movements, affiliations and updates through IMSS, SUA and IDSE.

Calculate severance, terminations and final settlements, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Manage payroll incidences, attendance and employee movements.

Coordinate payroll-related requirements with IMSS, SAT, STPS and external advisors when required.

Administer compensation structures, salary adjustments, employee benefits and bonuses.

Perform payroll reconciliations, controls and periodic reports for HR, Finance, management and audits.

Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican labor and payroll regulations.

Identify payroll risks, process gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For

~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration or a related field.

~3+ years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or a similar position.

~ Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll processes and legislation.

~ Experience with ISR, CFDI, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE and SBC calculations.

~ Knowledge of severance and termination calculations.

~ Experience with compensation, benefits and bonus administration.

~ Strong payroll reconciliation and compliance skills.

~ Advanced Excel skills.

~ Advanced English.

~ High attention to detail, confidentiality and sense of responsibility.

~ Ability to independently manage payroll processes and meet strict deadlines.
