A Chinese OEM company located in Puerto Interior of Silao, Guanajuato, is seeking to expand its business and is looking for
Production Planner with experience in subassemblies at manufacturing companies
Key Responsibilities
Ensure material availability: Guarantee the right components and sub-assemblies are available in the correct quantity, at the right time and place, to meet the production plan while maintaining optimal inventory levels and avoiding shortages or overstock.
Manage the end to end production flow: Coordinate the process from material preparation, laser cutting, welding, machining, and painting through final assembly, ensuring timely completion, proper storage, and delivery of the complete machine.
Production scheduling & execution: Plan and monitor processes based on workshop capacity, process bottlenecks, and material availability, ensuring production stays on schedule.
Cross functional coordination: Work closely with Purchasing, suppliers, and operational teams to ensure material readiness and resolve production issues.
Track progress & resolve deviations: Coordinate monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules, monitor progress at each process level,



and drive the timely resolution of anomalies through a closed-loop approach.
Support production performance: Ensure material kit completeness and maintain the production rhythm necessary to meet customer orders and factory targets.
This is a key execution role at the heart of our manufacturing operation, helping ensure that materials, processes, and production remain synchronized from start to finish.
