Design financial products people actually use — not just pretty screens.

At Banco PagaTodo, we build the infrastructure behind digital banking and card issuance in Latin America. Our APIs power fintechs, retailers, and organizations that move money daily. You’ll design experiences that help people open accounts, send payments, and manage their money clearly and securely.

What You’ll Do

- Design mobile and web flows for onboarding, balances, transfers, and payments.

- Turn complex requirements into simple, reliable, user-first experiences.

- Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance to ship what matters.

- Evolve and maintain our design system as products scale.

- Prioritize clarity and usability over trends and fluff.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience designing mobile-first, high-transaction products (banking,



wallets, payments).

- Solid command of Figma and mobile UX best practices.

- Portfolio that shows your thinking and problem-solving, not just visuals.

- Ability to balance user needs, tech constraints, and business goals.

- Bonus: experience with fintech, API-based products, or regulated environments.
