Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at OLIMP. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional service in the trucking industry. This position is vital for ensuring our financial operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Submit invoices and supporting documentation through customer portals and email.
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on current and past-due balances by email and phone.
- Send customer statements and payment reminders, own collections.
- Apply customer payments and remittance information accurately in QuickBooks Online.
- Research unapplied, short-paid, duplicated, or incorrectly applied payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Maintain clear collection notes, payment commitments, and follow-up dates.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.
- Maintain customer billing profiles, payment terms, and invoicing requirements.




- Assist with customer credit reviews and account documentation.
- Support month-end closing, AR reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Help improve billing, collection, and payment-application processes.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of accounts receivable, billing, or B2B collections experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (strongly preferred).
- Solid Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and investigate payment differences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Professional and persistent approach to customer collections.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in warehousing, logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
