As a Senior Logistics
Controller, you will be responsible for execution control across inbound and
outbound logistics flows, ensuring ICC/ICB, GR/IR, and inventory processes are
properly executed and financial impacts are accurately reflected in the ERP. This role combines
strong controllership fundamentals, including balance sheet, inventory, and
compliance controls, with hands-on partnership with Operations to identify root
causes, drive corrective actions, and establish sustainable control routines.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide dedicated regional ownership to
monitor and drive adherence to ICC/ICB and logistics finance processes in
LATAM.
- Reduce recurring execution gaps that create
downstream corrections, manual clean-up, and increased control/compliance
exposure.
- Increase pricing execution reliability for
LATAM logistics flows by ensuring correct application of relevant price
conditions/adders in ICC/ICB scenarios and reducing downstream re-pricing and
credit/debit note activity.
- Improve GR/IR hygiene (ageing, mismatches,




root-cause resolution) and ensure timely follow-up with operations and shared
services (GBS/CG).
- Strengthen inventory controls
(reconciliations, cycle count follow-up, stock ageing/slow movers, ownership
and valuation alignment) and enable reliable regional reporting.
- Strengthen financial control over repair
workshop activities impacting the region (repair cost recognition vs
recovery/claims, invoicing/PO backlog visibility, scrap, and productivity) and
subcontracting repair management.

What you Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Senior controllership experience in Logistics / Supply
Chain Finance with a strong balance sheet control mindset.
- Proven experience managing operational finance
processes in complex regional environments.
