We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Assistant / Secretary to join our growing roofing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable communicating with insurance companies and following up on roofing insurance claims.

✅ Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office support
- Manage and update information in Excel
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Communicate professionally with insurance companies
- Follow up on insurance claims, estimates, supplements, and claim-related matters
- Make and receive professional phone calls
- Keep records, documents, and claim information organized
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal team members
- Assist with daily office and administrative tasks





✅ Requirements
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience communicating with insurance companies
- Knowledge of insurance claim follow-ups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Professional phone etiquette
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Responsible, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work onsite in Guadalajara
