The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and enriching CRM data, researching new opportunities, and optimizing sales processes. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive.
Enrich CRM data (Pipedrive)



with accurate and useful metadata about prospects and current opportunities. Follow up on rotting deals in the CRM using provided templates to maintain progress. Leverage tools like Zapier to automate data flows between systems (website, CRM, proposals). Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of data and processes.
Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms. Experience with project management tools like Basecamp. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with Zapier or other no-code automation tools.
