As Specialist Trade Compilance Sr, you will help ensure Donaldson’s import and export activities comply with applicable global trade laws and regulations while partnering cross-functionally to provide regulatory guidance, strengthen compliance processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings.## Main Responsibilities* Support global trade compliance activities in accordance with corporate policies, departmental procedures,



and applicable import and export laws and regulations.* Maintain and continuously improve Integral Trade Compliance processes, procedures, and work instructions related to international trade and relevant U.S. and global government agencies, including U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP), BIS, Census, OFAC, FDA, APHIS, ITAR, DEA, USDA, and others.* Research import/export requirements and product admissibility across global markets and provide regulatory guidance to GTC Management and Operations.* Support the execution of preferential trade programs and trade agreement qualification processes, working closely with customers and suppliers.* Ensure the accuracy of critical trade compliance data, including HS classifications, export control classifications, country of origin, licensing requirements, and Other Government Agency (OGA) data.* Support the execution of Donaldson’s global trade compliance strategy, standards, and policies across the organization.* Partner with Operations,
