Bilingual Sales Representative | United States

Mercantil Excelsior S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative with experience selling food and perishable products. This field-based role focuses on opening new accounts and building commercial relationships in California or Texas.

Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with supermarket chains, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports.
- Develop sales forecasts and analyze demand.
- Meet established sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and supply teams to support product availability and timely delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor product turnover, storage conditions, and display.

Requirements

- Advanced conversational and business English (required).
- Two to three years of experience selling food or perishable products.
- Experience negotiating and closing sales with commercial clients.
- Knowledge of supermarket, wholesale, distribution, or food service channels.




- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid SENTRI membership preferred.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability for daily travel within the assigned territory in California or Texas.
