Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual (Spanish/English) Billing Specialist to manage the daily invoicing operations in alignment with client-specific requirements. The role requires strong communication with customers and collaboration with internal teams, including the accounting departments in both Mexico and Canada.

This position is ideal for a professional who is proactive, service-oriented, and eager to support the company's continued growth. This is an on‑site role based at our Monterrey office, scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a one‑hour lunch break

Responsibilities

- Generate and process daily invoices accurately and on time.
- Ensure attention to detail in invoice creation and uploading.
- Maintain and organize client-specific billing requirements.
- Upload invoices to client portals and ensure timely delivery.
- Create reports to monitor and track invoicing processes.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide excellent billing service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service Representatives and the accounting team in Canada.
- Responsible for creating and processing purchase orders accurately and on time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or a related financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, data reporting)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous learning.
