If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North Campus.Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:What a typical day looks like: Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency* Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation* Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables* Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status* Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues,



using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption* Execute Integral IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverablesThe experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
