Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, tech-savvy Product Data & Catalog Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. This role focuses on maintaining impeccable accuracy across our online store catalog, researching vendor data, and managing Shopify updates. This position is open for immediate hiring and offers long-term employment stability and career advancement for a dedicated data professional.

Core Responsibilities

- Data Verification & Accuracy: Research vendor catalogs, price sheets, and websites to verify SKUs, pricing, product dimensions, UOM, quantities, and descriptions.
- Shopify & Inventory Updates: Input, update,



and organize product listings in Shopify and Squid to maintain complete and structured online catalogs.
- Catalog Standardization: Identify incomplete or inaccurate data entries, perform detailed independent research to resolve missing info, and eliminate inaccuracies.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in product data, catalog management, e-commerce, or data entry.
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, receptive to feedback, and comfortable communicating project updates.
- Core Abilities: High attention to detail, research capabilities, comfortable learning new platforms quickly, with Shopify experience highly preferred.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $120.00 - $140.00 per hour
