- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Develop, maintain, and update work instructions, process standards, and technical documentation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, scrap rate, quality, and productivity, and drive corrective actions.
- Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production transfers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and EHS to achieve operational goals.




- Evaluate and validate equipment, tooling, layouts, and process capabilities to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
- Support cost reduction, capacity expansion, and productivity improvement projects aligned with plant objectives.
