Your Contribution:

As a Customer Service you will be responsible of ensuring the supply of each product in the required quantity and at the right time, in accordance with MAHLE customers' requirements.

Ensure the timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements through EDI transactions.

Maintain the accuracy and reliability of customer requirements records within SAP.

Ensure Customer Service performance and Delivery Ratings meet MAHLE's established targets for each customer.

Supervise EDI personnel to ensure compliance with shipping objectives and delivery schedules.

Monitor and report Customer Service performance indicators related to delivery compliance and customer claims.

Communicate actual and potential risks that may impact customers and MAHLE operations to area management.

Manage customer replenishment systems and requirements for key accounts, including Nissan, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Jatco, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota.





Develop and execute shipping schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer requirements.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

Advanced English proficiency (required).

Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Materials Planning, or similar roles within the automotive industry.

Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning).

APICS certification or training preferred.
