Creation and modification of master data in the system related to vendors, employees, customers, G/L accounts, and cost centers through internal requests for system maintenance and updates, ensuring adherence to the methods and procedures established by the corporation for the proper handling of confidential information.

Execute the standardized procedure for creating and/or modifying required master data for vendors, customers, employees, cost centers, and G/L accounts in each ERP used by the companies managed by the SSC, ensuring up-to-date information across operational areas.

Manage documentation for department procedures and policies to ensure compliance with Group requirements.

Calculate and analyze department KPIs based on monthly request volumes,



ensuring that 98% of requests are processed accurately and on time.

Record daily exchange rates for Mexican companies under the SSC scope in the corresponding ERP, in accordance with applicable requirements.

Request bank templates from the Treasury team, providing updated ERP information for vendor setup with the bank and ensuring successful payment processing.

Support Internal Control audits conducted by the SSC or Business Units and provide the documentation required to support the processes performed by the Master Data owner.

Properly QRQC and RPO methodologies to ensure continuous improvement in assigned processes.

Ensure that SAP P52 and SP have the correct approval workflow in accordance with Internal Control requirements.

Continuously train SSC and Business Unit teams by providing visual tools to ensure proper compliance with Group and Internal Control procedures and requirements.
