Only A Click is a fast growing digital marketing agency helping small businesses thrive in today's digital world. We are expanding our remote LATAM sales team and hiring closers who speak fluent English and know how to get deals across the finish line.

This role is all about closing. You will close your own deals and step in to help other reps close theirs. If you live for the close and want your income to reflect it, this is built for you.

What You'll Do

Close B2B digital marketing deals (SEO, SEM, Google Ads) with small business owners in North America

Take deals across the finish line, from first contact through signed contract

Step in to help other sales reps close their deals and earn overrides on those wins

Work qualified prospects we provide alongside your own outbound efforts

Identify client needs and present tailored solutions that close

Build strong, lasting client relationships that renew

Compensation

Base salary starting at $30,000 USD per year

Earn $100,000 USD or more per year

Uncapped commissions plus bonuses

Overrides on deals you help other reps close

Residual income from renewals

You're a Good Fit If You Have

1+ year of B2B or outbound sales experience A proven track record of closing deals, whether running the full sales cycle yourself or helping other reps close

Cold calling experience (a must)

Strong communication skills in English (C1/C2)

Familiarity with digital marketing basics (Google Ads, SEO, SEM) is a plus

Self motivation, resilience, and a drive to hit goals

Your own laptop or desktop (8GB+ RAM) and a stable internet connection
