We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for various construction projects. The adecuado candidate understands constructability, thinks outside the box, and works well in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
- Assist in compiling and analyzing cost estimates for projects
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure comprehensive bid proposals
- Utilize on-screen takeoff software
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with quantity takeoff and estimating
- Strong understanding of construction processes; MEP background is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in any on-screen takeoff software (Bluebeam, Planswift, OST, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
